Date : 07.1.2013. |
Day : Monday. |
Period : 3 & 4 (0815-0925) |
Class : 5K3. |
Subject : PJK. |
Theme : Gimnastik artistik |
Learning objective : 1. Melakukan asas gulingan di dalam gimnastik |
Learning outcome : Student should be able to :- 1. Melakukan gulingan hadapan. 2. Melakukan gulingan sisi. 3. Melakukan gulingan ke belakang. |
Teaching Aids : Tilam gimnastik. |
Activity : Guru demo cara gulingan berperingkat dan di ikuti oleh perbuutan oleh murid. |
Noble value : Keep a healthy diet. |
Reflection : Sebahagian pelajar berupaya untuk melakukan aktiviti. Sebahagian lain gagal kerana kurang keyakinan diri. |
Date : 08.1.2013. |
Day : Tuesday. |
Period : 5, 6 & 7 (0940-1130) |
Class : 6AS. |
Subject : Biology. |
Theme : Chapter 7. Gas exchange 2. |
Learning objective : 1. To learn how haemoglobin carries oxygen and its ability to combine and dissociate the oxygen at different partial pressure of oxygen in different tissues at different blood pH. |
Learning outcome : Student should be able to :- 1. Learn the structure and component of a haemoglobin molecule. 2. Understand how oxygen molecule bind to a molecule of haemoglobin by cooperative binding. 3. Understand why the decrease in blood pH lower lower the affinity of haemoglobin to oxygen and shifts the oxygen dissociation curve to the right. |
Teaching Aids : Software cd, LCD projector and some question base on everyday experience. |
Activity : Teacher run the cd and at the same time explanation are given base on question from the students. |
Noble value : Make the invisible visible. |
Reflection : Lat 2 |
- Gaseous exchange STPM 2000 (erythrocyctes)
Date : 09.1.2013. |
Day : Wednesday. |
Period : 2, 3 & 4 (0740-0925) |
Class : 6AS. |
Subject : Biology. |
Theme : Chapter 7. Gaseous exchange. Breathing cycle. |
Learning objective : 1. To learn how breathing is controlled by the breathing centre in the medulla oblongata and by the autonomic nervous system and to understand its overall homeostasis process that maintains the PCO2 at a constant level in the blood plasma. |
Learning outcome : Student should be able to :- 1. Identify the breathing control centre in the medulla and chemoreceptor in the carotid artery and aorta. 2. Understand how the breathing control centre and chemoreceptor regulate the [CO2] in the blood. 3. Understand how to measure lung capacity and to analyse the tidal volume, residual volume, vital capacity, and others associated with lung capacity as illustrated by a kymograph. |
Teaching Aids : Software cd, LCD projector and some question base on everyday experience. |
Activity : Teacher run the cd and at the same time explanation are given base on question from the students. |
Noble value : Make the invisible visible. |
Reflection : |
